I <3 my roomies, and it’s depressing that we do not have another year together in Mount Olympus! We all have bonded and understood how each of us works! I learned so much through cleaning techniques, cooking ideas, secrets, advice, and fun from them! They the best! I hope I was a good room mate to them!

I finally did it! I graduated with two degrees AND with honors, which at times I just wanted to drop due to the the extra classes I had to take for them. The honors office helped me greatly to become the successful person that I am today! Through the honors apprenticeship, my marketing research (with my marketing professor and classmate) even got accepted to a national conference! HOLLA! Finally, I get to see hard work go somewhere!
I’m happy to graduate with these cool cats because without them I don’t think I would be passing most of my classes or going to them on time. SERIOUSLY. I ask TONS of questions, but all of my friends are patient with me, and I usually ask the same questions too! (sorry guys! I’m trying to fix that along with my selective hearing -_-).
Now, I feel that I have many routes to chose from as an official college graduate. I’m still trying to figure things out, and I believe God will lead me the way. Please walk the path I choose with me and help me through the current and future tough times. I’m thankful for my mom and all of my family members (EVEN FRIENDS!) who supported on what I wanted to do (even fashion merchandising). My mom always had my back when it came to applying for scholarships, off campus housing, roommate selections, cooking, summer in New York, and jobs! Thank you for always coming out of your way to pick me up from home, work, etc. My friends are the best because they helped me as well when my mom couldn’t drive me to places. Thanks a million!!!
Mom, soon it will be my turn to take care of you! :D

Wow graduation has finally hit! Seeing my best friends graduate was exciting and got me hype for mine later on because of matching caps and the cool people that I am planning to sit next to! I’m getting closer to another stepping stone in life.
This week is a cooking spree or something for me as Lennore would say. Today Olympus House and Gods House combined again to make food! Joanne made Ddukbokkie, a Korean rice cake dish! I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS DISH for almost 9 months, so I was excited. Chinh and I combined our powers and made Chicken Enchilada Pizza, which tasted AWESOME! It took awhile to create, but it was success (minus the pre-made dough situation)!!! Everyone who ate it loved it! I’m happy! Thanks Chinh for helping me with this creation!
Good food, company, and video games. Relaxed night!
It was a night for some cooking! Chinh and I made Sesame Ginger Salmon! It was pretty yummy because of the sweetness from the honey glaze. Everyone enjoyed it, so it was pretty successful.
I enjoy cooking for others because it’s fun to see their reaction to the taste of the meal. Hopefully there will be more to come for future cooking days/nights!
Our team name was #teamwaitforit for the Color Me Rad 5k! It was interesting running for a race that wasn’t based on time, which I have done for a good 6-8 years of my life haha! If I wasn’t running for time, then I was running to get a workout for the time! I didn’t think I would get that much color on me and have fun. BUT, I was with some pretty cool people that enjoy exercising as much as I do! Our team splited up at the start of the race, which was a bummer, but it happens. Our group did the calling the name technique if we felt like we lost a person and we had a caboose! I wanna do another 5k ASAP! Oh wait, I am! I am doing The Great American Mud Run with GQFit Team! Holla!
- I learned that your past makes you stronger.
- You need to get over being “butt hurt” because it just makes you move backwards only.
- If this path didn’t work out, then find another route. There is something better on the way.
- Mix up the rice in your rice cooker when it is done, so the rice doesn’t stick to the bottom
- Be more responsive and have better time estimation because people have other things to do then wait around.
That is what my room mate/bestie/korean/house mom told me.
She tells you how it is since it is her motto. She doesn’t have time to hide or “beat around the bush”. People say she is tough, but you need to be tough in life when the world can be mistrusting and defensive as well. I know I get on her nerves and do things that might IRK her, but she is still there for me. She is willing to stay up for me when I need to be up or need someone to talk to. She does a lot for me, and taught me life problems that I probably wouldn’t of learned from others. I hope I teach her things as well. I want to be there for her as much as she is for me, and I PLAN on it!
My favorite line from her recently is “I want to get mad at you, but I can’t because you keep making me laught!” <3 I’m glad we get along and are room mates with the others at Olympus!

It’s a biking weather type of day. The view always amazes me; it makes me want to live near the water when I get older! Angus has a cool bike, but seahorse is cooler.
I taught how to make a parol in my Instructional Methods class, and my friend remembered the directions and made one for her house! Saw it when I walked in! It looks wonderful for the spring…er….summer weather!
Today is our business plan presentation for our “future company” called Chèri Tree, a children’s boutique! I hope our marketing plan is on point because it should be! I wish I listened more in finance class, so I can deal with money better…
Before the presentation, it was senior day where we ate free food and took some cray cray pictures with my fashion buddies! HATS OFF TO HARD WORK SOON <3

Today was a beautiful day for an aventure race, lacrosse game, and hang out time! I got to make Impromptu Sushi with Josh today! We baked the salmon and added mangos into our rolls! It was deliciously yummy! Making things up as we went was fun! Left some for the roomies, so we hope that they enjoyed it as well!
